As an additional perk of being a QuickBooks bureau, we can also provide our clients with software licenses at discounted rates. All our staff are QuickBooks trained and have obtained their core and advanced certifications. Having been in business since 2009, we are a very experienced team able to provide you with the best support and guidance for your business.
How does it work?
Step 1 – We will get you set up with a QuickBooks licence and invite you in to access this.
Step 2 –Register and set up a QuickBooks password to login to your account.
Step 3 – Connect up your business bank account(s) and business credit card(s) to QuickBooks.
Step 4 – Use your QuickBooks login to raise your sales invoices and send these directly to your customers.
Step 5 – Each month/quarter provide us with your receipts, invoices and bank statements (electronically or in person) and we will sort the rest!
